Matic truly cares about their employees and when we have suggestions and ideas to help improve the company they will actually implement them if possible! Perks of working for a growing startup! The best management hands down of any where I have ever worked. They truly care about cultivating skills and quality employees and they follow-through on promises. We have fun sales competitions with prizes and good old fashioned fun. Opportunity for high earnings as long as you stay dedicated and focused. Unlimited vacation time (on an approval basis) HUGE PERK!

Same with any sales job- the more time you take off for vacation the less money you make, but we do have base pay to help tide you over if you have vacationed planned.
