Leadership- Leadership here practices what they preach. They care about the individuals first, Its not just pumping out numbers, its about doing things the right way and supporting each other to hit goals. Tools- They have some of the best tech that makes shopping insurance options very easy. They are always pushing to make things better and add tools that will lead to a better customer experience as well as more sales for the agents.

With all sales environments work life balance is the hardest part. The more time you put in, the more money you can make. The fast pace environment when it comes to the sales as well as changes and improvements are never easy but its worth it.
