Low Pay, Organized Chaos, they put the fun in dysfunctional

Lots of PTO which you can never use, and some decent folks in the Bloomington location.

Worst management I have ever worked for. Yes I have had bosses I like. My direct boss at Matica I liked. The CEO, and owner however were EXTREMELY toxic. The CEO is gone. Relocated their US headquarters from SC to Bloomington MN because the owner said his people were unprofessional. First week on the job I hear him literally yelling at his employees twice. Never given enough help thus always working 10+ hrs per day. Nor given any training other than "look at Youtube videos." Find out from other long term employees that no raises are ever given for YEARS. When let go without any reason no severance given either. I was not the only person let go either from an office of 15-20.
