Got lied right to my face about my position within the company. I was fired with ZERO notice. I was never told to work harder or do better. My numbers were very solid at one point. Only reason my numbers went down is because they rely on one financial client who is going threw layoffs due to macroeconomics. You see every review mentions one client, it is Bank of America. I didn't sign a NDA, I was just a recruiter. They kept people who billed much less than others who were impacted by the "reduction in workforce". Finally. They kept a bunch of people living in shacks in 3rd world countries to stay at Matlen. These people are terrible. I think one person had 1,000 submissions at 10 placements, they are that bad. Matlen doesn't care they get paid peanuts. LET ME reiterate they replaced US WORKERS WITH SCABS.
