Not only will leaving Matrikon expand your horizons it will improve your morale. - You will be asked to accept a salary freeze while senior management is granted bonuses for frugality. - If you work very hard and are there longer than a year your reward will be a lay off as soon as Matrikon hits a now-regular down period.
