Growing Company, Good People - Recensione dipendente - Director of Operations presso Matrix IBS

I've been with Matrix for almost a year now and this is one of the best environments I have ever worked in. Truly a team environment that starts from the top down. I didn't know much about technology prior to joining Matrix - not in a technical role currently, but no one has ever made me feel small for asking a technical question. Fun culture that still gets down to business - they have truly figured out the work/life balance.

No leadership or management. No company direction. No room for growth. They hire just anyone they think is a good fit based on personality and have people working there that have no business working in IT. They treat their employees like they are replaceable.
