Some of your coworkers are some of the most insufferable people ever. Management says they are there for you but when you bring something up to them they say your “making up a story in your head” Some of the most homophobic people I’ve ever worked with. Make you attend the “Landmark Forum” which is a 12-hour a day, four day course over a weekend which is basically a multi level marketing (pyramid scheme) where the whole goal is to get other people to attend. Make you read from their company “charter” every team meeting which is essentially making the employees stroke the companies ego. -CEO is one of the most self-indulged individuals I’ve ever met and consistently has people come read good things other people wrote about him in company meetings.
