Management is ridiculous about sales goals. They force you to meet weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals as well as "units per transaction" and "average dollar sale" and push you to force the store credit card down the throat of each and every customer that walks in the door. Meanwhile, they don't take anything into consideration - like the fact that maybe there was no one in the store to sell to that day. Additionally, you aren't rewarded for all of this hard work and forceful selling because you don't work on commission. They simply give you a crappy minimum wage rate if you are a sales associate.
