The work load and unrealistic expectations from DL. Pettiness from DL always siding with associates over the leader. DL never gives me the benefit of the doubt nor wants to hear my side of the story. She always assumes that I am in the wrong without investigating. Constant conference calls with no real solutions for stores that are struggling.
