Do not work here unless you have to. Management is obsessed with retail above everything else, and forces you to connect with customers in an honestly creepy way. I've felt this being both an associate and a customer. Short shifts felt like an eternity, because management was constantly making you follow things how they did it to a T. The head manager controlled everything, but everyone who lasted longer than a few months turned into smaller versions of her and therefore bought into the insane, meticulous atmosphere. This is an honestly suffocating workspace that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
