Plant Manager is the main issue. Has made racist comments and remarks about the employees. Belittle employees and made derogatory remarks. When addressing issues and bringing it to his attention it falls through the cracks. Threatens employees with their jobs and over all creates a hostile work environment. Has no regards to safety, puts employees welfare at risk just to get numbers and when something does happen, that is when he acts.
