Horrible - Recensione dipendente - Technical Lead presso Mauser Packaging Solutions

Management and supervisors are the worst. HR was no better. These people have personal vendettas with the employees. They all work in a toxic atmosphere. There is so much turnover. No one lasts more than 2 months. They change work schedules to whatever they want. They make over time mandatory all the time. There is no work/life balance. Employees feel underappreciated and have no support. Training and onboarding was unorganized. The supervisors set you up to fail if they do not like you. I can go on and on. I would stay far away.
