Sometimes it seems like a great place to work, but the longer you're there you start to see some serious cracks. They will micromanage you to the hour and freak out about anything off in their project management system, even though Oracle can be so finicky at times and they know this. If you do move up you had better be okay with not getting paid well, and be okay with doing unpaid overtime most project cycles. It used to not be this way, but it was all of last year. Then to make things worse there were some really great people in upper management and they all either got let go or decided to leave because they couldn't take getting overworked for poor pay anymore. The only good thing here was some of the people but once they're gone there's no point in staying.
