the biggest issue was the misleading offer letter. It promised a fixed monthly stipend, but on the first day interns were told it was performance-based and payable only after completing the internship. If this was the actual policy, it should have been stated clearly from the beginning. Changing compensation terms after candidates join is unprofessional and creates distrust.

The only pros of joining this company is that the Managers are supportive when it comes to work.

Office timings are 10:00-7:00 pm but they will never allow you to leave on time. No job security. It's already 6 days working but then also they will ask you to work on Sunday from home and sometimes even it's compulsory to come to office on Sunday and you will not get paid for it not they will give you a leave later on. No work life balance.
