6yWe are disappointed that you feel this way. We in Maxval try our best to keep our employees motivated and engaged. We have never violated the laws of the land especially when it comes to labor practices, Contracts are basically signed to ensure that there is a return on the investment/training made. However, as per the management’s decision, there are no bonds that need to be signed by the employee. We have continuously improved and increased our infrastructure as per needs. Our revisions and progressions have always been based on merit and as per market standards, most times beating the standards. We ensure that the candidate we hire is the right fit for the industry domain, company culture, and work profile and in this process, candidates may be required to go through different rounds of interview.
