I was hired because I speak 3 languages. English is not my native tongue. The company records every call you make and they tell me I have a bad accent and if I don’t fix it, they will fire me. I was hired to speak multiple languages! My accent is not thick or strong, yet am told on a monthly basis to fix it or risk being fired
