      Some really good and passionate operational staff (although many have left)

      Poor leadership at the very top (in Canada) with no plan or direction and no communication. Managers and Executive rewarded and promoted by who they know and not merit President finally removed after driving what was a good profitable company into the ground Lost major customer with no new customers added in the past 3 years - and leadership is not doing anything about this
