      Micromanagement and total lack of professionalism, respect and etiquette; Lack of structure. Toxic Indian culture and CEO don't care about employee's well-being and work life balance. CEO does not care about employees and will not listen to anybody else and has a very big ego. He'll promise anything to keep employees when he is in need and then back out from his promises and will ask employees to leave.

      Bad pay and insurance. No matching. No respect. Few US employees

      So many cons. The pay sucks the insurance is so expensive and you never know if you will a have a job from one day to the next.
