Some great people work here, no idea why.

Duck and cover environment, no acceptance of responsibility by management. Zero growth opportunities and very scared of change, develops software yet wants to operate like a resource sector company. Middle management was purged and the staff suffer for it.

Good opportunities to learn about mining. Like to work project managers very understanding and helpful

Lots of none sense gossiping around from unhappy employees which are trying to make a toxic vibe
