8yIT is a challenging field, and I expect a lot out of my employees. I know that the pace of work can sometimes be overwhelming. Like many business owners, I feel the responsibility to create a balance between the demands of our clients and the individual needs of my employees. In the last several years, I’ve learned a great deal about striking that balance and what I need to do to make it better. To that end, I rely on candid feedback from my team about their challenges at work, as well as the quality of their life outside of the office.
