Management unprofessional, inappropriate &, no leadership / motivation to better company culture / morale despite suggestions being requested & given, coworkers constantly talked badly about others, whether it be colleagues, clients or vendors, dingy & unequipped office, people often came across as fake, employees were made to create in-depth performance appraisals which were never even reviewed by management! Employees did not get paid during mandatory evacuation of Hurricane Matthew. Ther is no communication from upper management regarding any internal changes. Customers NEVER stop complaining & are EXTREMELY petty. Very little appreciation. Constantly losing customers. Unresponsive co-workers, lack of team work. Phone never stops ringing. Thankless, abusive field to work in.
