The office, maintenance area, ground, employees restroom Very messy, unorganized, work load (paperwork, filing, maintenance, everything) was at least 6 months behind. They are not concerned with there tenants or employees Safety or needs. Maintenance requests were usually made by the same multiple tenants about the same thing that didn’t work and was never fixed due to there only being 2 maintenance men and only one of them actually new part of the job. People were living with no AC, no working refrigerator or stove the windows didn’t open completely to attempt to keep people from putting in their own window AC unit. There were older people with medical issues coming to the office repeatedly with requests for their AC, stove, fridge among other things to be fixed. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t put my pet in one of those apartment’s. You have to be a very uncaring person to work at some of their apt complexes. The training was a joke, very brief and not thorough.
