BHT is a great place to start if you want to get into the addiction recovery field.

It can be hard dealing with the patients and its not a very high paying job.

- Right off 93 for an easy commute/shifts don't begin at normal rush hour times (7am, 3pm and 11 for most employees) - Discounted meals in house are generous and delicious. We love the kitchen staff - This work is rewarding. Being apart of the patient's healing journey is a blessing, even if some times they are difficult. - Pay is standard or a little above standard for this field.

- Too many people with authority that are not leaders. - Patient safety is questionable at best with current staffing levels. Concerns are responded to with excuses. - DON lies to entire staff, leaves floor short to go on vacation with other staff- obliterating any and all professional boundaries: shuts down employee morale, leaves non-favorites in fear of retaliation if it is mentioned.
