Terrible culture. They first fooled you in by over promising you a fast growing rising star company with a family oriented culture. After you get you, you’ll notice that they treat you like garbage. You are literally just like a contractor here. There is neither job stability nor job security. No one in company cares about helping you learn or figuring out a career path for you. They’ll let you go wherever they run short of money. The company is really lean and shortsighted. They have no strategic plan. The company is sooo lean on anything. They are willing to spend zero penny than anything that can bring direct revenue. You won’t learn anything unless you are brought into the core team. Except for a handful of senior executives, everyone else are just valueless tools. This company is not a responsible employer. Your job stability will be a big issue.
