Nice people good company and nice people

Long hours work and less pay

I’ve worked with Mazonai for just over 4 months now and the resources, mentoring and support available has played such a big part in my professional and personal growth. I’ve learnt so much through working in the events, and each day there are new challenges that allow me to build on my existing skills and further my career options. I’ve made some lifelong friends at Mazonai and the team orientated culture is really welcoming and makes you instantly feel like part of the family. Everything I have learnt so far has had real world application to business, and has opened so many doors to me in terms of where I see myself in the future. I never dreamed that I could one day reach a managerial level but since working with Mazonai I really do believe that I can.

The working day is longer than I had previously experienced and it took me a while to get used to this, especially as my commute takes around an hour too. However Mazonai are really accommodating and do all they can to help us get motivated and excited in the mornings before getting started on the working day.
