Leadership is incompetent has no idea how to talk to employees. All communication is condescending and dehumanizing. Raises are almost impossible to achieve and even VP level folks can't make raises happen. The business model is sneaky and unethical. They basically pre-install bloatware on computers and hope they scare a tiny percent of elderly folks into putting in their credit card details. The company is socially tone deaf. Interviewing men on international womens day about how they "feel about working with women" but forgetting to talk with women. Senior leadership uses racist and inflammatory language in company wide emails. There are a hundred more reasons not to work here. Its the worst.
