Lack of opportunities, very old school HR treats people like naughty children, inconsistent policies , culture is paternalistic (but not in a good way), rubbish facilities and offices unless you work in the flashy office at Central Park. IT systems way behind the times, IT hold the business back. Learning & Development team have all left and not been replaced so development and coaching are limited
