There are no pros of this company. They lead by fear and intimidation. There is no employee moral and the leadership thinks of employees as replaceable. There is no loyalty or incentives

Morale: Every employee is either looking for a job or just collecting a pay check. Pay: Bottom of the scale. Benefits: Horrible. only 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days, Be ready to pay over a 1000 for medical and dental for a family per month. Reimbursement: No corporate card and reimbursement for company expenses can take 2 months, regardless of the size of expense. Products: They have too many products. As they say, jack of all trades master of none. Leadership: It starts from the top and rolls downhill. If you enjoy being treated like a disobedient puppy, start today!
