      Employee owned company so lots of motivated people, benefits are decent for the stress, demand, work, etc. Successful company doing projects all over the bay area with lots of industry leading clients. Pursue lower risk work to maximize potential profit which is distributed through the employees via bonuses and employee stock.

      Svantaggi

      Like all construction companies, high stress, long hours, long commutes, poor like work balance unless you work in one of the offices and do a steady schedule.

      Great company culture, exposure to some amazing projects, project teams are fantastic, camaraderie with your team, great resources and onboarding to ensure you learn to do your job well. ESOP and bonuses are great.. if you stick it out long enough.

      Pay is not as competitive as other GC's, you can be relatively underpaid as they rely too heavily on preaching about the ESOP (which takes you 5 years to even be fully vested). Can be very political and leadership kinda plays favorites, some people who dont deserve it get promoted quick and others who do deserve it never get promoted. Long work hours and depending on the jobsite it can be pretty high-stress (but thats just construction for ya).
