      Family owned, direct access to company leadership. Every employee's ideas can be heard no matter what your position. Busy season is in the winter; more relaxed and take vacation in the summer. Fair pay but not as good of benefits as larger companies.

      not very structured. you will be asked to learn or do lots of things outside your job title which can be good or bad.
