Generous Paid Time Off, fellow employees, location, amenities in the building, average salary is fine for healthcare (maybe not so great in Houston, where O&G rule), there is room to advance

Leadership team seems to care very little for anything but the bottom line. There doesn't appear to be much concern for patient care, although they preach it. Much more value placed on off-the-street candidates than internal ones. External hires tend to come in making more than the staff with tenure, which doesn't do much for the sense of team here. VP level leadership has no clear vision and it leaves the teams at odds with each other.
