      McLane Intel has been an incredible place to work. The owner/investor provides best-in-class facilities to work in, great benefits and a faith/family environment. The management team strives daily to provide opportunity to it's employees and top-notch service to it's clients. Highly recommend.

      Every organization has opportunity for improvement, without exception. But many hide their head in the sand and ignore shortcomings but this company constantly assesses how they are performing in relation to their employees, profitability and customer service and then puts action plans in place to address.

      Good for first-timers with no experience. In a year, you'll have learned what other IT professionals take decades to pick up.

      No employee has more than 3 years of experience at this company. Talent is underpaid and constantly looking for the exits. There is no advancement across Group companies except for sycophants... but none last more than 2 years before incompetence catches up with them. On-call is "engaged to wait" and uncompensated for that time, despite legal requirements. It's been like this for 35+ years across all McLane Group companies... so at least he's consistent.
