Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not as fruitful as you expected. We have been in a fast growing phase, learnt many things on the way, and are still learning. We welcome your feedback and assure you (since you had been a part of the team) that we are actively working on our culture, strategy & processes. To highlight a few initiatives, we have introduced a reverse review feedback mechanism to help make feedback on leadership more visible.
