Lots of cons - first ,they have worst behaviour towards their Freshers . - the salary increment is too low.. so you better choose another company - all the seniors treat their junior employees to their worst level ... They torture you to the fullest until you leave the company and also pay the bond amount( if you are a trainee) .. - donot expect any cooperation from the company if you have some real ,genuine issues .. they wont help you .. really . If there was any rating options in minus...i would have done that
