      very bad culture french team only want to work with french people, if you are not french, they will not work with you very bad upper management poor benefits culture is very bad and upper management treats people very badly with no consequences for them

      Leaving and breathing procedures The tools are not aligned to achieve the goals. Huge disparity between the benefits of the main offices in France and the branch in the US on the personal level, but it also gets in the way of the Customer service US clients are expecting to receive (lots of vacation in France = availability issue especially during summer vacation and very limited availability during the week-end)

      Dear former employee, Thank you for leaving a review on our US subsidiary. Indeed, the role of Parts Administrator that you filled is by essence a position that requires the application of several procedures, as it should given the diversity of our equipment. France and America are two different systems that imply different rules, though we have at heart to add the benefits of our “French touch” to our US Subsidiary, as you have noticed yourself with our generous system of paid vacation time.
