Great Flexibility and pay was ok. Benefits not so great except the 401k! Use to match 3% and fully vested from day one until the buy out.

No repercussions to employees that broke rules.

Pro of working there was flexible work environment, easy to handle work responsibilities, pay was ok, direct manager was great to work with

Cons were other managers being too controlling in the same dept, certain managers would sabotage other managers in attempt to get them fired, managers would overtalk and bully you, pay was delayed due to corporate being offshore, clients making up stories to complain about employees
