Vantaggi

Daily free food (but when bad luck hits you and you receive spoiled food, they won't replace it). Salary every Friday.

Svantaggi

They will do everything to get cheap labor. If you stop working because you're feeling sick, they will ask you to log out right away to stop your clock. If you mess your time sheet, regardless if unintentional, they will literally not pay that day even if you fight for it. They pay for your HMO, when you resign or you're separated, they will deduct the full amount they paid for all your HMOs (you and your dependents) from your backpay. They will say it'll stay active but they will tell your HMO to deactivate the policy you literally paid because you're no longer connected to them. When they ask you to render RDOT, they will only pay from the time they had you start working to the last minute when they tell you to stop, at regular rate instead of RDOT rate. Teams cheat their stats to meet the daily quota, and their "celebrated" TLs will consent the act because meeting the team's quota is a bragging right. Extremely not recommended.

Svantaggi

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I worked as a physician advisor for several months and found the environment to be highly unprofessional and discouraging. Leadership was particularly problematic. Clinical case reviews were handled inconsistently, with pressure to classify straightforward conditions—such as uncomplicated UTIs—as inpatient admissions. When these determinations were denied, blame was placed on the advisor rather than on the flawed review process itself. The role was marked by excessive micromanagement and a lack of respect for physician judgment. Expectations focused disproportionately on formatting details—such as punctuation and grammar—rather than on clinical reasoning or appropriate utilization review. Physicians were treated in a condescending manner rather than as experienced professionals. Overall, this was a frustrating and demoralizing workplace with unrealistic expectations, poor leadership support, and a culture that did not value clinical expertise. I would strongly caution physicians to carefully consider this before accepting a position with this company.
