Extremely political and unprofessional environment. Co-Founders are clueless, greedy, misogynistic and impossible to work with. The company is built around making as much money as possible for a small group of "elite" white men and to that end is deceptive to the pubic and its investors. Everything is done in a rush and without regard for the outcome (even though the expected outcome is usually unattainably lofty). Most of the employees are yes men who are underqualified with large titles and have no idea what they're doing. HR is equally clueless, isn't really on the employee's side, provides terrible benefits, and then writes reviews on this site talking about how amazing it is in order to try to woo suckers in. The entire company is broken at a foundational level. Stay far, far away or you'll regret it. Miserable doesn't even begin to sum up the experience.
