No praise, no advancement, and no communication period. The only time I received any time of communication was when they felt I was doing something "wrong". And they'd only yell at me at my cubicle for all of my surrounding coworkers could hear. I asked several times to talk in an office and was told no. They wanted EVERYTHING done by email, everything. It didn't matter it was, but they would take several hours to read their email. There was no morale, no sense of teamwork. Just terrible to work for.
