Flex hours are nice. The only nice thing

Terrible management. The managers are all very young, and are very stuck up. When you are that young, you don't even truly know your self let alone be mature enough manage a whole department. They don't care about employees at all, employees come and go daily and we are just another number to them. It is Very clicky, you will only get promoted if your a favorite. You don't get sick days and if you are sick and have no insurance, it's either spend $300 at the doctor for a note, or get fired. The HR department is no help, and unlike any other HR department I've ever known. Terrible terrible company all together. Unless you want to go back to the petty high school drama days - do NOT work here.
