I was hired as a temp through an agency while working for medrisk,Since I performed my job well,I was hired onto the company within months.If you have good work ethics,attendance,and prove rhat you want to work for the company...there's a good chance that you will be hired.

Svantaggi

Management expects for you to work with them and give your all,but when it comes with workinf ans being flexible with their employees..it's pretty much impossible.Teams ( inbound and outbound) can be a bit cliquey,and some of the employees tend to let their position get the best of them.The attendence policy is unrealistic in my opinion. This company does go by a point system.
