Accessible senior management. Great offices. Young professional type environment but good mix of generations. Professionalism, smarts, and energy are really valued here, and overall, the best most positive environment I ever worked in. Culture taken very seriously.

Growing pains ..... management needs to figure out how to keep up with its own growth. A good problem to have. Systems seem to be having more problems than usual. Too many people expect fast advancement.
