Lot's of change as the company matures Requires mature, responsible engineers who don't need a lot of hand-holding.

Can't really think of any, some of the coworkers were nice. They all left though, pretty fast.

I am glad I didn't last long at this place, just a really horrible experience. There is a reason there are quite a few H-1b s here because they will work you to death and provide absolutely no support or training and won't let you take time off. It has a very negative feel, not allot of software for software. Managers act like the gestapo, I had one breathing at me when offshore couldn't do the job correct. Right there tells you that this company does not respect it workers. Anyways, this place was not for me for a number of reasons, I really didn't see how it would help me go anywhere in my career. Also, lost of ineffective ways of doing things that complicate the job and its more or less blame a lower level person when something happens.
