      TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, corporate leaders are so disconnected individual hospitals that are struggling are NOT cared about and the people they put in charge to run the place are USELESS

      I appreciate you providing feedback. I hope you also shared this feedback on the recent Employee Experience Survey. Please reach out if you want to share more details with me or your Regional Medical Director in Cincinnati. I know we have a new Medical Director starting and also would encourage you to talk to her. And just a note that I'm not going to quit. I'm going to stay and work on improving the Employee Experience.

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.
