Initially they let me established protocols and guide lines for production and work processes. Once established they let me go to hire a less experienced person for less money. That should tell you a lot.
Svantaggi
No increases in salaries. No respect for work done. The company is run like a pure dictatorship from the "CEO" and other principles with little infrastructure. Corporate vision is unclear and changes to catch-up rather than anticipate. CEO has never worked anywhere else, and has no experience of how a real company is operated. Poor work culture.
