The most enjoyable aspects of Medbelle are team commitment and culture. These two features promoted a wonderful work environment in which people not only supported each other but pushed each member to perform the best they could. Medbelle is home to a wonderful mix of identities and this brought a level of familiarity and strength. The senior management do their best to understand their employees and promote job satisfaction, although sometimes their intentions were good the outcome was not as desired. Overall, Medbelle is a great place to work.

At times, there was a lack of transparency and poor employee understanding which at times led to poor outcomes and mood. Large workload for team members meant that at times there was a large amount of stress throughout each team. Poor communication and lack of transparency from direct line managers led to complications and strained professional relationships. Salary vs workload requires improvement

Work from home and lack of direction

CEO and Snr Management need to understand how to develop a business through networks based on the development of long term relations where people trust each other.
