Besides the executive team being related and making sure everyone knows that only their opinions matter, what everyone should know is the CEO plagiarized a memo from Tim Cook, CEO of Apple to address systemic racism and social injustice to his small team of 30. WORD FOR WORD. They'll place blame on a copywriter which just brings two concerns to light; why would you need a copywriter to address your own small company and you care so little about your employees and what is going on that you couldn't even craft your own personal message. Btw it's on social media if you want to see for yourself. Did he address this with his current employees to even apologize? Of course not. He simply edited the message by changing a few words. The message was sent via Slack so I highly doubt it was written by a copywriter but rather he Googled it and copy and pasted it. Classy. It's not the first time he's simply copy and pasted content from other companies. You must not have a soul to work here if you agree with these actions. Proceed with caution. There's also proof that the execs will openly talk bad about other employees. They're toxic. I wish I could upload screenshots. They will try their hardest to pay the minimum.

Leadership, pay is on the low end, dead territories. Competitors have lapped them in what they can offer. Accounts have been picked through and worked to death by prior reps. If you have a weak territory where nursing staff are not on the platform jobs will go unfilled. Your quota relies on freelance nurses filling the jobs and then actually showing up for work. Completely outside your control. Too many variables for failure. Colleagues who will work outside their territory with glee at your expense which in turn creates a toxic culture and resentment. Managers will ignore your concerns regarding these issues and are quite frankly, useless. Reach out to a number of reps and do your due diligence before accepting any offers. The pay is on the low end and not worth the headache. The CRO has zero experience in healthcare.
