WOW where do I even start,
The company portraits itself as a marketing and media agency,
In reality it's taking money from desperate and poor people for "immigration services" (who knows if they even get it).
COMPANY CULTURE is the worst I've ever seen-
* They play super loud and repetitive music in a tiny call center to the point you cannot hear the client on the line.
* You're not allowed to leave your desk (even for bathroom) unless you asked for permission, and if you go "too much" they are going to make a big deal out of it. Prison Vibes.
*Ridiculous disproportionate sells gap between the top seller and the rest of the team, who fight for his breadcrumbs and barely make money.
*Base salary is 35 shekels/hour - shows enough about how the company values the sales reps and the "product".
*Managers are unprofessional, they are going to take the call for a second voice and then blame you when the client hangs up.
*The last day of the month you're required to do a 12 hours shift, super draining and abusing.
I can go on and on, I'm just sorry for whoever must work there.
