      Thank you for your feedback and glad you are settling in with the team. We have started a review of all of our training earlier this month, led by Maz and Rupert. As part of that Maz will be speaking to all 2024 starters to get feedback on their experience of training so far and where it can be improved. Please do therefore discuss this with her (or Rupert) so that it can be taken into account
