- lots of time off - great people (though a lot of the good ones have left)

- retaining great talent is a joke - upper management is comprised of people who have basically spent their entire careers here and have seemingly never left high school - employee mental health is NOT a priority (culture of care is only for management) - favourites are made clear and are promoted way too quickly; they don’t know how to manage their teams at all - pay is lowest out of all of the mediabrands agencies and they don’t even try to stay competitive
